  1. Order Processing & Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  2. Delivery Timeline (Based on Location):
    • Chennai & Tamil Nadu – 2-4 business days after dispatch.
    • Metro Cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, etc.) – 4-6 business days after dispatch.
    • Rest of India – 5-8 business days after dispatch.
  3. Shipping Charges: Standard shipping rates apply based on the delivery location. Free shipping may be available during promotions.
  4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your delivery status.
  5. Delivery Issues: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
